House is comfortable and quiet. Walkable neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Space for renter is very private. There is a nice sized closet and dresser space. Owners are easy going and friendly and respectful. Renter would be welcome to use upper parts of the house as needed for meals, laundry or social time.

Space is a downstairs portion of 3 level house. Has a small bedroom, large bath and a living area . Main level has kitchen and laundry room shared with owners. Rental space has a door at the top of the stairs that tenant can leave open or closed as desired. Rental space is fully furnished with a computer desk and large TV.
