Perfect Location and Great Hosts

I had a great stay at this townhome in Utah. The location is hard to beat. Youre close to the mountains, a gym, a great park, restaurants, safe quiet neighborhood, and grocery stores. Everything you need is within a mile or two, and you can be in the mountains in about 15 minutes. The hosts were outstanding. Super welcoming and very quick to respond anytime I had a question or needed something. They really care about you being comfortable and enjoying your stay. Unfortunately, I had to leave, but if Im back in Utah and need a place to stay, I would 1000% come back here. Worth every penny and more And plus did I mention its not a basement! Haha Thank you, Rich and Julie!

Rich and Julie were wonderful hosts! I stayed for 3 months and it was the perfect place with the perfect location for me. I would definitely come back for another winter season

We could not ask for more welcoming and attentive hosts! The location is quiet and convenient to shopping, restaurants, SugarHouse Park and golf. Hosts were very accommodating to our needs.

Exceptional Location and Wonderful Hosts

R and J far exceeded our expectations! From the moment we stepped foot into the property, we were greeted with genuine warmth and comfort. They even left fresh flowers. The townhome is situated in the vibrant neighborhood of Sugarhouse and offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. The living space is tastefully furnished and includes a fully equipped kitchen, linens, and basic supplies. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would highly recommend their space to other travelers!
