Overpriced & Overlooked

At move in, unit was dirty. Pet and human hair and cigarette ash on the floors, especially next to the bed. Black mold in the small window unit, landlord notified at move in. The bathroom had old nicotine/tobacco drips down the walls. Maintenance is not dependable and landlord has delayed responses and often forgets. I asked for a new sink for 4 months-it was full of sticky black material that stained dishes. I asked for pest control due to ants, roaches, and earwigs for over a month. The microwave is tiny with rusted areas. The oven had a lot of build up. The AC continued to be an issue and also can not cool the unit effectively. The bed had a thin mattress with prominent springs. The posting said newly remodeled, new bed etc with coffee table and ottoman. There was no coffee table or ottoman at all. $1550 monthly is significantly overpriced. My concerns and requests were not prioritized and my stay was uncomfortable.

Perfect place to stay if u need close to the hospital or just shopping. The owner is fantastic and was always available if I needed him. Great patio area if u want to sit outside and relax. Wld definitely stay here again!!!
