My home is 1450 square feet. Both bedrooms have private baths with one bedroom located upstairs and the other down. The downstairs is open concept with the kitchen flowing into the dining/family room.
Enjoy evenings on back patio or relax inside on out large sectional.
If you work remote, you'll find a desk and chair in the downstairs bedroom.

Great 2 Bedroom with wonderful Host in the South of Charlotte
We stayed at the property for over three months and thorroughly enjoyed it. The Townhome is exactly like shown in the pictures and has everything you will need for an extended stay. The rooms is spacious and comfortable. The place was very clean upon arrival. The neighborhood is quiet and parking is easy. The location is perfectly located to reach anything from Southpark to Ballantyne or get on the 485 loop. Grocery stores are within minutes. The host is easy to communicate with and very responsive, during the booking process as well as during our stay. A broken remote control was immidiately replaced and when my wife asked to change the AC filter, he was there the next day. He even delivered us mail that arrived after we had already moved out. Highly recommend!!
