Chugiak home
I can't say enough great things about this home and Mr. Walker! He was very responsive and friendly and provided a vehicle. He picked me up from the airport (even waited for me when my flight was delayed) and dropped me off at the end of my contract. The location was perfect for me since I covered Anchorage and Palmer (roughly 30 minutes or less to get to either). Nearby Eagle River has restaurants, groceries, gym. If I'm ever blessed enough to return, I would definitely love to stay here again!

Mr.walker is hands-down the best landlord I have ever had. Apartments had absolutely everything you would need for a short stay. Communication was always seamless, expectations were clear from day one, and my move-in and move-out processes were completely smooth, plus i was picked up and dropped off at the airport. They truly care about their tenants and properties. I would absolutely rent from them again."

Can't Find a More Accomodating Landlord
I've stayed in Walker Properties 3 times and have already booked my 4th stay. The landlord is responsive and goes above and beyond. He picks you up at the airport and delivers you back. You can obtain your well-maintained rental vehicle through him. This is a HUGE blessing. Landlord is a long-time resident of Anchorage so he is extremely helpful. His properties are clean and comfortable. All essentials are provided. I've recommended him to several colleagues. Wouldn't stay anywhere else, but in Walker Properties.

Excellent Customer Service
The landlord was very thorough with everything. Always easy to get in touch with. The apartment was nice and well kept. I was in the middle of WASILLA and Anchorage which allowed me to float between two different clinics. The landlord even provided rental car service, which was a BIG plus!!! If or when I return to Alaska, Im DEFINITELY staying at one of his properties!!

Quiet street
Quiet street and neighbors. Large apartment, lots of kitchen storage. Heated garage. Nice back deck. Landlord easy to get a hold of, helpful and attentive. It's been a great stay and location 1/2 way between Anchorage and Palmer.
