Stylish and contemporary living space located in the heart of the vibrant Kansas City

5/5 experience!

I had a five out of five experience staying here. The landlord was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process and made everything seamless from start to finish. Move-in and move-out were both very easy, and the apartment had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent as well — conveniently connected to the streetcar and just minutes from the River Market, which made getting around Kansas City really easy. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting KC!!

KC

This unit is such a great place to stay! Located in a great spot. The unit is very spacious with everything that you would need for an extended stay. I highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic Stay

From when I first reached out, Kevin was extremely helpful and friendly. He gave me an in person tour of the unit, and it was clear that it was very well maintained. The space is really cool and all appliances worked great. Kevin checked in through my 6 month stay to make sure everything was working great. The downtown location of the unit was also great and allowed for easy walking to River Market, Power & Light, etc. Cant recommend this spot enough!

Great hosts, great place

This place is great--perfect location in KC. Enough space for a couple and roomy for a single. I would often work from home, walk to the streetcar or river market and cook in their fully stocked kitchen. If you're doing an extended stay in KC, I would highly recommend staying here! The hosts are also sincere, kind and truly care about you finding your footing in a new city. Again, highly recommend!

Bright and Cozy in the Heart of KC

K's place is great and he's also great to work with. I got to stay here in November and this place was a beautiful compliment to the beautiful weather of Kansas City at the time. The place has everything you would want - Comfortable living spaces, practical features including a dishwasher, ice maker, and in-unit washer/dryer combo unit, a bathroom with a shower that is actually above my head (I'm over 6ft), and a great vibe. Being in the place as the sun is setting is always a treat as the character of the place itself changes from light and airy to a cozy and moody relaxed feel at night - also the bedroom is DARK at night, you'll need a phone light to navigate at first, lol! Last thing I'll add, the place is tastefully and minimally decorated. It's enough to feel inviting and a place to easily settle into, but it gives enough breathing room for your own touches to be added to really make the place your own during your stay. Loved it, hope to stay here again!

lovely light chic

This place was a great experience for my with and I. Super continently located near the streetcar, city market, riverwalk. Great restaurants and a short 12 minute ride to KUMC where I worked. K was a great host and wed highly recommend staying there.
