Stay here! You'll be happy you did!

I would highly recommend this condo! It is beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully decorated with fresh furnishings and charming Southwest-inspired artwork. The high ceilings create an open, spacious feel, making the condo even more inviting. I especially loved relaxing on the balcony with my morning coffee each day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to unwind and get a great night’s sleep. The condo complex also offers fantastic amenities, including two beautiful pools—perfect for lounging or taking a refreshing dip to cool off. The location is ideal as well, with easy access to shops, restaurants, biking and hiking trails, parks, and pickleball courts. The owners were wonderful to work with—responsive, accommodating, and quick to answer any questions. They truly made the experience seamless and enjoyable. I hope to stay here again next time I'm in Scottsdale!

Oasis in the Scottsdale Desert

Above all, this condo is clean and quiet! A very relaxing space on the second floor with a balcony perfect for hearing the birds in the evening and morning. Quick walk to one of two pools. Just off of a great paved trail system for walking, running or biking. Shopping center within 10 minute walk for groceries, coffee in the AM, margaritas in the PM. Owners are very nice and attentive to detail and respond quickly when action is needed. Had an issue with a dryer, BAM, they had two knowledgeable guys over within the day, diagnosing the problem, and then fixing within a couple of hours. Pick this spot for a long-term stay...just don't do it for too long. I'm hoping it's available the next time I have a contract out there!!

A beautiful space

We stayed at this residence for a total of 4 nights. The amenities were fantastic. Two wonderful pools to lounge at, spacious rooms, very comfortable beds, and nicely updated bathrooms. The master suite was perfect. We spent many hours playing pickleball at two local parks and found the experiences inclusive and fun. The nearby shopping centers provided a wealth of dining opportunities and a few lively bars for late night fun. Paul and Karen were quick to respond to anything we needed. Very gracious hosts. We will be back!

Light, Airy & Quiet

I really enjoyed staying here. The condo has high ceilings and feels light and airy. The couch was comfortable and I was happy to come back and rest after a day in the sun. The community is really quiet and I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It is close by to some good restaurants and a short drive to some incredible hikes.

Bright and Beautiful Condo

I highly recommend renting this North Scottsdale Condo. The unit itself is beautifully decorated and very well stocked. The beds are so comfortable! The condo complex is quiet and very well maintained plus it is centrally located near great stores and community parks. As great as this condo is, the owners are even better. They are attentive, responsive and very accommodating. I can’t not speak more highly of my rental experience!

Perfect!

Spacious, quiet & clean. Perfect spot to relax & unwind after a long day enjoying all the fun stuff Phoenix/Scottsdale has to offer — hiking, golf, pickleball, shopping — and not just one, but two pools and hot tubs to soak your tired body at the end of the day. Fully stocked kitchen and lovely outdoor balcony space. Hosts are lovely — responsive & friendly. We’ll definitely be back!

Great Place in Scottsdale

The condo has everything you need. Its spacious, comfortable and well appointed. It has many desirable amenities like a pool, hot tub and bbq. The location is great. Its close to shopping, great restaurants and has easy access to the highway, as well as bike and walking paths. We loved it here, and the landlords are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in the Phoenix area.
