Modern in-law perfect location!

A Dream Studio!

I had the pleasure of calling this beautiful studio home for over two years, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better place to live. The space is bright, spacious, comfortable, and always felt like such a peaceful place to come home to. It's in a perfect location to explore the Walnut Creek area and the surrounding neighborhood felt safe and I loved walking/biking the canal trail (which is literally right outside). It truly became a special part of my life, which makes leaving bittersweet. Ben deserves a special mention. He was wonderful to work with-professional, respectful, kind, and always quick to respond whenever I needed something. Having a landlord who is so dependable and easy to communicate with made my experience here even better. I'm genuinely going to miss this place so much. It's one of those rare finds that you feel lucky to have come across, and I hope the next person who calls it home appreciates it just as much as I did. Don't miss out on this one!

Home away from home

This property is a very short drive to Bart and a central location to great shopping and eats. Ben was thoughtful and had everything I needed to start my travel assignment. He was very responsive to any repairs that were needed in our unit. The Canal Trail is around the corner and is a great place to walk your fur baby. Don't pass up on staying at this property!

Furnished Finder Gold!!!

If there is ever an effort to create a finished finder guidebook, Ben should be the author with this space in the number one spot. You can tell that someone who has experienced the highs and lows of Furnished Finders has put thought/effort into creating a truly amazing space. The apartment itself is in a cute, quiet neighborhood with walking trails and several restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores within walking distance. You will be close to public transit and the highway. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need in a home away from home, there is a giant walk in closet with a little storage cubby in the back (great for suitcases and moving supplies), and a huge TV. The decor is adorable, there are black out curtains for those of us who work swing shift, and the neighbors are phenomenal. The community Ben created here is unmatched IMO. He is kind, professional, responsive, and easy to talk to. I was very grateful to have someone who was proactive with any issues that could have come up (like a power outage or something). He is also great with the recommendations! I stayed here for almost a year and wish I could have stayed longer.If I ever come back, I will be looking for vacancies here for sure! Ben- thank you so much!!

The perfect rental!!!

Look no further. I lucked out finding & renting this property when I was in California for travel nursing. B & A thought of everything. There is ample storage throughout the apartment & a huge walk in closet. They have all necessary kitchen items as well as a fully updated kitchen. The place is newly renovated, clean, and decorated so cute. The couch is a pullout too which was so convenient for having a lazy day watching tv or reading. There is a ton of stuff nearby & Ben had a lot of recommendations for food. Honestly, for being so far from home, this place came pretty close to a filling that void. I was safe and the neighbors are lovely. Any questions or concerns I had, B answered right away. This place is *chefs kiss* and I would stay here if I ever came back. Not to mention the bed is so comfortable!!! I dont have enough good things to say about it. I wish I couldve taken this place with me when I left! Thank you again B and A!

Clean and updated unit

I absolutely loved my time living here. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. The place was nicely decorated, updated, clean, and well-stocked with everything I needed. B was a very responsive and easy to work with.
