Home away from home!

This property was everything my partner, our pup, and myself needed while traveling for work. The unit is very spacious, the views of the lake are spectacular, and there is an endless list of things you can do within an hour from the property (hikes, shopping, restaurants, etc.). The unit had everything we needed and they even gave us our own area of the garage and backyard. Our landlords were truly so kind and considerate! We would be happy to stay here again if we have the opportunity to work in this area!

great place to stay

This apartment looks exactly as pictured. The lake view and access is great, I took my paddle board and kayak out on it and you can see Mt Rainier from out in the water. It is conveniently located to both Covington and Kent amenities. I was a four minute drive to Valley med women's clinic and multi care hospital. It is about a 30 mins drive to Renton (Valley Med Hospital) about 25 mins to the lite rail train at angle Lake and about a 10 minute drive to Kent Station where the Sounder train goes into Seattle . Location is great because you're 30 minute drive into Seattle in One Direction and about 20 minute ride into the mountains in the other direction I was able to explore all around the state of Washington the year that I was living there and loved it . Dwayne and Addy were amazing landlords , very communicative , always helped if I needed anything, they became my friends and I was sad to leave honestly.

Perfect Lakeside Getaway

If you're looking for a place to unwind and get away from the congestion of the city, then this is the place for you. This is an ADU above the hosts' garage. Unique, private space on the second floor which means great views of Lake Meridian. Large, comfy sectional couch, open floor plan, and lots of storage space. Large pantry in kitchen. walk-in closet in bedroom, and loft area which didn't even get used. Hosts are very accommodating and give a storage area in the garage as well. Bathroom has double vanity and glass shower door. Bedroom has comfortable queen bed and walk-in closet. W/D in unit. Fenced-in yard for dogs, off-street parking, and private waterfront area for you to enjoy the lake right in your backyard. Neighbors are nice, and hosts are amazing, helpful with whatever you need but also hands-off enough to give you your privacy. Nice neighborhood, quiet street, and close to shopping, this was a wonderful place to stay that I would highly recommend.
