Little Studio

This place was perfect for my needs. I was within walking distance of many restaurants and bars. Her place was quiet and comfortable. Rachel was very responsive to any questions or concerns or needs. I will recommend this location to all my friends.

Great studio

Rachel's studio was perfect for me and my two small dogs while I was working at UW Montlake (~30 min drive). She's a great landlord and was immediately on top of things when we had Internet issues while I was there. Her pets were also really friendly! The studio is quiet since it's set in back of the property which was great working night shift. There's plenty of parking, the neighborhood felt safe, and there's plenty of shops/fantastic restaurants/parks nearby. It's not a crazy fancy place but the bed was comfortable, there's lots of storage space, and the kitchen has basically every appliance so I didn't miss having a proper stovetop/oven. I'd happily recommend this unit to anyone.

Sweetest Landlady in Seattle

R is hands down the sweetest landlady Ive ever had. She was so accommodating through the entire process, from moving in to moving out. Very attentive, quick to respond to any issues you may have in the studio. I have a dog and she had the best time playing and hanging out with Rs dog Olive. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet, with adequate street parking. Our favourite part was hanging out at Seward park which is a quick 5 min drive from the studio. The backyard is also sizeable, and we were able to enjoy a nice evening by the outdoor fire pit she has. Lovely studio for one person while working on assignment.
