Wonderful landlord

I stayed here with my son for a couple months between relocating to Winston Salem and closing on a new home. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable; most everything is provided and if you need to pick up a few extras for cooking etc, Olly's is about 2 minutes away. In fact, most stores you might need are within a 5 to 10-minute drive, so it's very conveniently situated. Apartment complex is quiet and peaceful; we didn't hear the upstairs neighbor at all... you definitely won't be disturbed overnight. There are grassy areas where a dog can be exercised, and the local neighborhood behind the complex is very pleasant for walking. OP is just a great guy; very helpful when it came to advising me on where to shop and what the safest areas were for house hunting. Any time I reached out to him, he responded within 5 minutes. Thank you so much, OP, for making us feel welcome and being so available when needed!

Amazing Experience

You cannot ask for better! O.P. Is an amazing landlord. He is very attentive and goes above and beyond! Even offered to come over during a tornado warning !! Safety and comfort for his guests are his top priority! The unit is clean, quiet and safe. You are close to everything you could possibly need. Adequate parking right outside the door. Pool is just across the drive. And you MUST go to Goodys cafe and have one of their famous Spuds! I would give 10 stars if I could! Thank you for everything O.P. I hope to come back again and will recommend to any travelers who come to the area. I am sad to leave. I will miss my morning coffee on the balcony!

Amazing Apartment

Such a big cozy place to stay! In the summer it was great to have the pool to use. The landlord is absolutely amazing. Any issues I had he was quick to not only respond but get it fixed asap. He went above and beyond to make sure the stay was comfortable. I couldnt have expected anything more. 10/10 recommend.
