Excellent Stay

Staying in the level-one room of this three-story home has been an excellent experience. The moment you walk through the first-level entrance, it truly feels like your own private spave with no shared hallways, no noise, no interruptions. The room and surrounding area are spotless, clearly well cared form and the landlord is respectful and hands-off in the best way. You're never botheredm and it genuinely feels like having your own place with easy in-and-out access. The location is also a huge plus, being just five minutes from Providence Medical Center, which makes it incredibly convenient for anyone working there or needing quick access. Overall, it's comfortable, quiet, private, and hassle-free. It's an excellent stay.

Nice room

The room is new and as nice as shown in the pictures. You have your own spacious bathroom and the entire first floor to yourself, so there's a lot of privacy. Alice is a kind, friendly, and organized landlady. She always makes sure everything is in order. Thanks to her, I was able to stay at her place very comfortably.

Home Away From Home

As place was very clean. My room was on the first floor and it had its own private bathroom. I had my own designated parking spot with a garage opener. A furnished the restroom with bath towels/soaps and was very accommodating. The kitchen and living space was on the 2nd floor and the washer and dryer were on the 3rd floor. I had the whole first floor to myself so the area was isolated and convenient to come and leave. She had blackout curtains and blinds if youre a night shift healthcare worker. She was a great host and the price is worth it for all the accommodations she provides. Her place is conveniently located close to the freeway and multiple hospitals. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Alices place. I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity!
