The accommodations and hospitality from Jeff were literally the absolute BEST! I had access to every thing that I would at my own home and MORE. The home was extremely clean with updated appliances and comfy bed. Very easy access to city transit and convenient to stores and places to eat. Awesome Awesome Awesome Stay

As someone who can't parallel park AND was initially scared of the thought of staying in Dorchester let me tell you that I was pleasantly surprised by this rental. Jeff assured me there would be plenty of street parking and there was. It's a quiet, residential street and I felt safe. The apartment is SUPER clean and everything you need is provided. The bed was comfortable and my room was spacious. Jeff, the owner, is a fantastic human being!!! I would rent from him again if I return to a Boston hospital. Go for it!!

Jeff and his property was amazing. The place was immaculate and my room was spacious. Jeff was very welcoming, I had a home away from home. Jeff treated me like family. He was on point with everything....he told me about restaurants, grocery stores, & public transportation. I'm a walker....he also told me where there were tracks to walk on. The WiFi worked great and the neighbors were friendly. I have nothing bad to say about this place!

The home was spotless, thoughtfully furnished, and perfect for a traveler’s needs. Any minor issues were addresses quickly. It truly felt like a home away from home. Excellent room.

The room was big and it had everything I needed. Appliances are like new. Never had any issues. Wifi worked great. The landlord Jeff treated me like family from the first day I arrived. He gave me great recommendations from grocery stores to restaurants and shopping malls. He checked in from time to time to make sure I was doing okay. I would stay there again if im ever working in boston again.

Great Interior, just be aware of neighborhood

Jeff is a great landlord and extremely accommodating! As a hybrid worker, Jeff went above and beyond to make sure wifi was fixed and working. The interior is modern and all amenities are maintained well. Only downside is the neighborhood, for my needs, asian grocery store was too far for easy access.

Great home and excellent location

The home was clean and updated inside. Amenities were great and Jeff went out of his way to make sure you had what you need. He was great in getting you established at the residence and help navigate the city.

Excellent!

Jeff is an excllent landlord offering a stellar place! He looks after his tenants like family. The place comes with everything from cleaning supplies to kitchen utensils to bedroom supllies. You don't have to worry about anything! Most of all, if you know you need someting, Jeff has got your back. You can't wrong with it. The neighborhood is easy going and gave me no troubles. 10/10 reccomend this place to anyone.

Amazing apartment conveniently located near all major hospitals

This has been one of the best apartments i've lived in throughout my travel career. You could tell the landlord spared no expense to make sure we felt comfortable by renovating every aspect of the apartment from the kitchen to the bathroom, even installing a mini fridge in each of our rooms. Other than the apartment, the neighborhood is relatively calm and safe with street parking being easy to find. Would definitely come back if i ever take another work assignment in boston.

Excellent room!

I received a warm welcoming from the landlord and the room was beautifully decorated and neat. All the appliances are brand new! Excellent service! Forever thankful for having me there. Mr. J rocks!
