I lived here for almost a year. Great place with all the amenities to feel like home (kitchen supplies, laundry/dryer, front & backyard, study tables). The house itself is gated with gate opener for car access. It's within a safe community with public park nearby and plenty of food options. If any problems, Nina and her family were available to assist. The roommates are either healthcare or medical students. Everyone was respectful and clean (most of the time lol). Always a good time socializing, sharing our medical traumas and advice. If you are willing to share a living space with other medical professionals, or if you and a few classmates need to move for clinicals and prefer a home, then I'd say this place is for you. Would definitely come back if I find myself in Tucson again.

I had a great stay here and was very satisfied with everything. The house was very clean and the other people staying there were kind and helpful. The neighborhood felt very safe and quiet. I would definitely stay here again if I come back!

Ns place was great! It was clean and quiet. I had everything I needed for my one-month stay. The location was nice and safe near Himmel Park. The host was very responsive and helpful. I definitely recommend this place. Thank you N for being such a great host. I really enjoyed my stay there and appreciate all that you did to make my time comfortable.
