Nightmare-STAY AWAY

Stay away from this rental at all costs. I believe the other reviews here are fake; this person rents for several months at a time and all these reviews were written within a few days of each other. R is a cruel, selfish, vindictive, invasive, arrogant, unpredictable, dishonest, and discourteous roommate/landlord. Although R broke our rental agreement on nearly every count, providing grounds for its early termination, I stayed through my 4 month contract because I was terrified she would withhold my substantial security deposit out of spite. There is no peace of any kind at this rental. Returning after work any day might find R doing a major, loud construction project truly all through the night, her yelling on the phone for hours, yelling at herself for hours, yelling at her cat (who pees everywhere) for hours, or yelling at you. I experienced verbal abuse, rude and judgmental treatment, and a complete disregard for my own needs. Do not stay here.

An Inspiring Stay!

R has created such a beautiful space that feels incredibly warm and welcoming. The street is calm and quiet, which is hard to find in NYC! The area has a ton of options for restaurants and bars... and even shopping. Taking the subway into Manhattan is easy and seamless and the walk from the apartment is delightful. Most importantly, this apartment feels like a home away from home instead of a cookie cutter hotel or airbnb. I would definitely stay here again!! Thanks so much for your hospitality, R :)

Beautiful appt and nice neighborhood

Quick to reply very professional and accommodating. Homey feeling. Within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the subway.
