Mold and airborne mold spores

Consistent unaddressed rain damage. The consistent unaddressed rain damage led to mold&fungus of all different species growing on walls in the kitchen and bathroom with highly elevated mold spores in the air, as confirmed by a 3rd party environmental service I had to hire to come in to protect myself and my cat. If this place hasn't properly removed all walls, scrubbed the air with HEPA filters, sanded and HEPA scrubbed studs in the wall, fixed the underlying problem of holes in the roof, AND replaced and cleaned the HVAC system, DO NOT STAY HERE. I became asthmatic and was prescribed an albuterol inhaler and had to vacate for my own safety.
