Wonderful Apartment Close to Everything!

Linda is a great landlord, neighbor and wealth of local knowledge. The apartment is a sunny, spacious third floor walk-up with tons of storage, comfy, stylish furnishings and a well appointed kitchen and bathroom. AC kept the apt magically cool during a Salem Summer. It's under a 10 minute walk to the waterfront, downtown and the train station, making it super convenient. Parking is safe and the street is safe and full of long time neighbors. I had a completely positive experience and felt lucky to have found Linda and her wonderful apartment! Thank you, Linda!

Love this cozy apartment!

First of all... L the wonderful landlady is such a pleasure! She has lived on the block her whole life and is a true gem. She keeps the whole property impeccably clean and super tidy. I miss running into her and our conversations. She is super responsive and has great communication. I am afraid I will never have another landlord/lady like her! She truly cares how your experience is and just wants the best for her property and for your stay. The cozy top floor apartment has everything you need and is in a great area... just off the beaten path enough to be super quiet, but also close enough to everything so you can absolutely walk everywhere. This place is perfect for one person to thrive and enjoy their own private space. I wish I could have stayed longer at this apartment, however work has taken me to Vermont. But if you want a great landlady and a cute private apartment, I can't recommend this listing enough! L
