Hidden Gem

Cannot recommend this place enough. Irving was an amazing host and his family were so kind when they came into town. Irving was very responsive to any help I needed while I was there. The house/location were great. Walking distance to 12 south, restaurants and the neighborhood felt very safe/secure. The rooms allow you privacy if you do happen to have a room mate while living there. I would rent here again in a heartbeat if I came back to Nashville!

Love this place!! I was in a bind and found this place last minute so I was very grateful. Irving and his family are very kind and fun to meet. Exactly as described in the review by B, the place is a hidden gem. Centrally located, walkable, and very comfortable. The rooms are like private suites. I enjoyed using the large kitchen and outside patio as well.

1-Month Stay

An absolutely amazing stay for an even better price! Cant speak highly enough of the actual property - very new, modern, and spacious. Well equipped with a large kitchen, numerous tvs, a large bed and closet, private bathroom, and top-line security. It has everything a long-term or short-term traveler could need and more. Its also very conveniently located by Edgehill which is close to just about everything youd need. Lastly, Irving is a very responsive and accommodating host. His family occasionally stop by and are an absolute joy to meet. Incredibly glad I found this spot and if Im ever back in town again, I know where to look first!
