Wonderful stay in great location

Space was clean and private. I really enjoyed my stay here. Location is good. Zero complaints. This is a great value for area; two bedroom and washer/dryer available. Landlord responds quickly to any issue that might arise and property is well cared for. I highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience living here. Private, covered parking, locks between units. Kitchen: 6 burner stove. Great working dishwasher (y'all know crummy dishwashers are useless), big sink,, most of the supplies you need. Bathroom: water pressure was fine. Idk what the other person is talking about. I had no issues. Tub/shower. I did put my own shower head on bc I like the hose style. Fireplace- wood burning. Love it this winter. Living room: comfy furniture, plenty of space to entertain Spare room: small, mostly used for storage. Laundry: shared with other 2 units on property. No issues. Bedroom: spacious, comfortable queen bed. Plenty of storage. Large closets Extras: the views of Mount rainier are amazing. Especially at sunrise. Gorgeous views. The hot tub is wonderful after a long shift, covered and protected from rain. I loved having people over for a bonfire in the fire pit. M is lovely and a great, compassionate landlord. I'd highly recommend staying here.

Integrity is questionable

The unit was not clean when we arrived and the kitchen not well equipped. Due to the very low water pressure the toilet did not function properly and would not flush regularly during our entire stay. This created quite a problem but we delt with it, not wanting to look for another place. M said it was snaked but there was no improvement. The shower barely had any pressure either so we installed our own shower wand that created better pressure. Our intention was to put her original shower wand back when we left and we told her this. During our absence of a few days the shower wand disappeared and upon check out she said she thought we were gifting her ours so disposed of the original. We stated this was not the case and assumed we would not be charged for this. We left the unit much cleaner than we found it and in light of the plumbing issues expected our $500 refundable deposit returned. Only $270 was returned. We called her to reconsider but received NONE. Integrity is lacking.
