Backyard daylight basement Apartment

Great experience

This newly remodeled basement apartment was more than enough room for one, very spacious. This space also provides a separate entrance at the back of the house, which is super convenient; placing online food orders was not a problem. The designated parking space is also close to the back entrance, a short walk with groceries. As an online student, the desk provided a lot of surface space for my laptop and notebooks. The kitchen area has a nice sized island table, perfect not only for eating but great for puzzles and crafts. What I like about this set up is it allows for privacy and really makes it feel like your own space. I had zero issues while living there, Ms. Jenna and Brahim are wonderful people. I felt safe in both living space and neighborhood. This being my first time living out of state for work, I was not disappointed by the experience, and I would definitely stay here again. I did feel sad when I left.

Great Daylight Basement Suite w off street parking

Very nicely remodeled, one bedroom basement suite. Clean, quiet, and spacious. Large bedroom, living room, kitchen with island/table, and office desk, bathroom with shower, and large laundry room with full size washer/dryer. I work nights, and slept really well here, as it was dark, and quiet with the window covered, and door closed. The owners Jenna and Brahim, are great, I couldn't have asked for nicer people to rent from. The apartment is in a great location for quick trips to department and grocery stores. I am sad to be leaving.
