Amazing!
I had a wonderful two year stay here. I highly recommend renting from Kim and her husband. I had absolutely NO issues living here. I worked overnight and it was always quiet and peaceful. During the winter months the pathways and parking areas are always salted and shoveled. No issues with shared washer and dryer. It's a 3 plex but you never see the other tenants. She went out of her way to make the bedroom day sleeper friendly and I greatly appreciated that. If I ever go back to work in Omaha, this is the first place I would look to stay. Definitely rent from them. They are super nice and helpful in any way they can. I'm gonna always remember and miss them!

Felt like home!
I absolutely loved staying here! The owners are amazing!! While I stayed here there were a couple of ice storms - & the owners would always inform me that the slippery driveways and walkways had been iced. As a traveler the apt had literally everything that one would need!! Great communication, timely responses. The area is super quiet and safe - I ran into no issues. I was nervous about not having the washer and dryer actually inside of my unit but it literally worked out perfect. I was there about 3 months and never ran into any issues with sharing the washer and dryer between the other tenants. & in all honesty I rarely saw the other tenants (I can count on my one hand how many times lol) If you're thinking about staying here I would strongly say yes! The picture truly don't do it justice - it really felt like home away from home!

Great Place!
This property is everything they list it to be. Fully stocked with even more than we imagined. Landlords were incredibly helpful and understanding. They addressed every question very quickly, and were amazing with communication overall. Location is perfect on a quiet street while still close to many amenities. A walk away from an adorable library, Dundee area, and a Walmart and many food options. We felt safe and secure there always. Property is well kept and cared for. I would gladly recommend anybody interested to take this great opportunity!
