Perfect place

This property was perfect. Needed a place in short notice for a long term rental with everything included and was able to extend as my job required. Great location, was able to explore local restaurants and parks while getting back in a reasonable time. The landlord was always available and the amenities were excellent. My only complaint was that I could not stay longer. Highly recommend and would definitely rebook if I need a place in the area.

Surprisingly Dishonest

Spend your money on something a little nicer because you won't get your $400 refundable security deposit back anyways. I left the place spotless and move in ready. When I texted the owners about my security deposit I was left on read. There were a few issues. Paper thin walls and tub was peeling. Tub drained slowly and foul smell would come out of the sink. I was happy with everything else there. I won't be dishonest.

Great Stay!

This place was great, clean, had everything I needed, very close to stores and the hospital. Most importantly I felt safe the whole time during my stay! Great host and quick to respond to anything I had questions about! Highly recommend!
