I was looking for a place to stay in Colorado and luckily found this spot, which was just 15 minutes from my work. Rodney introduced me to his wife and family right away, and they are so nice and welcoming. The room is super clean, and they have someone who cleans the bathrooms. There's also an upstairs kitchen and a living room where you can hang out and watch TV. I was only supposed to stay for three months but loved it so much I stayed for another three months. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a spot to stay.

Perfect quiet bedroom, wonderful landlords

Aloha, So I stayed here at this property for a little over 2 months while doing some seasonal work on the westside of Denver. The room was very clean, as well as the home in general! There is a small kitchen area downstairs with newer fridge, sink and seating area, and access to full size washer and dryer. The owners of the home are super nice and communicate very well! They make it very easy and truly make you feel welcome. I had a piece of equipment parked outside as well and felt very safe in the little neighborhood. Would certainly recommend!!

Great find!!

Great hosts. Quiet area and easy to get to anywhere from there. Very clean room and bathroom with a bonus kitchenette. I was very comfortable staying there and felt safe too. I would stay there again if I get back to Denver!!

Awesome people, cozy room

Room was clean, comfortable, and common areas were well-looked after. The couple that owns the property are incredibly kind and accommodating people. They didn't even mind me working remotely in the house. You can't go wrong with this place as your home base for seeing the Denver area!
