Terrible business, great stay

Beautiful and spacious property located 15 min from midtown. Unfortunately, they withheld part of my security deposit and deductions were made outside of the legal permitted window. Communication was poor, and they ignored basic legal obligations. Renters, beware: document everything thoroughly if you rent from Alva/ E Four Properties. I hope Furnished Finder improves their landlord screening to avoid situations like this.

3 month stay

I would stay here again. The living space is everything you need. All appliances are updated and a clean living space. A lot of privacy with a quiet neighborhood. The landlord was extremely nice and easy to communicate with. It was a very smooth transition in and out of the unit.
