Amazing unit in Lake Stevens

I had a lovely stay at Mark and Amy's basement unit. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this space had been thoughtfully designed for comfort, convenience, and relaxation. The space is welcoming and peaceful which was exactly what I needed to recharge after a long day. The apartment had everything I could possibly need: a fully equipped kitchen wifi, w/d, TV, a designated parking spot, extra towels and toiletries. Mark and Amy were responsive and genuinely care about the travelers they rent to. Id absolutely recommend this rental to fellow healthcare workers, or anyone looking for a place to stay that goes above and beyond in terms of comfort and hospitality. Thank you for making my time here so enjoyable!

MN travels to WA

Enjoyed my time so much here! So close to the hospital. Best neighborhood close to coffee, target, gym, more. Hosts were so welcoming!!! Would def. return!

Cozy basement unit with all the amenities

I rented this cute little open light basement while on a travel nursing assignment and I am SO glad that I did! There are large windows that open up into the kitchen & living room that provided so much natural light....it didn't even feel like a basement; the windows have privacy shades too. The bedroom is pitch black & it is such a wonderful space to reset after a long day of work. The bed was super comfy & the darkness created the perfect environment for deep restful sleep (if you're a night shifter, you would LOVE this place). Lots of drawer & closet space. The water pressure in the shower was excellent, & got hot quickly. The washer & dryer in the unit worked great, washer has a delay start feature. The kitchen was fully stocked & great for cooking. Huge smart TV with surround sound, great for watching movies and streaming. A&M were excellent hosts & always ensured that I was comfortable & had what I needed. 10/10 would stay here again!
