Bourbon Bliss- Heart of Oakley

Highly recommend!!

I loved my short time living here! It's in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. It's close to every store you may need, restaurants, and cute bars. The place is super clean, spacious, and well taken care of. Tristan is a wonderful landlord and very kind. She is easy to get in contact with and she will do whatever it takes to make you feel at home and comfortable. I very much enjoyed my stay here and will recommend this rental and Tristan to anyone visiting Cincy. Just to add, I rented the unit on the bottom floor and had a neighbor above me, and I had no issues with noise.

Tristan is the best landlord we have come across in our travels! We ran into her quite often and she was always super friendly, quick to respond to any questions, and had the best recommendations for the area! The space is so relaxing and it is on a dead end street which means less traffic and not as much noise. You are in the city, but it feels like you are in the suburbs! There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, Wasson way is at the end of the street, and grocery stores are less than five minutes away. Pet friendly, which we loved! We stayed with our two cats and also made friends with the neighbor cat!

Great Hospitality & Location

The first rule of real estate applies to this property location, location, location. And, what an incredible location it is, on a charming, friendly, and quiet street. Just a few steps from the Wasson Way pedestrian & bicycle path, the property is equidistant from BOTH Oakley and Hyde Park Squares and even closer to Rookwood Commons. We didn't even need a car! But even more impressive than the superb location or the vast amounts of storage is the property owner's responsiveness and genuine kindness. Typically, I don't write reviews. In this case, however, I wanted to share my perspective because it's rare to meet a person as nice and considerate as T. I was glad to have stayed at Bourbon Bliss.
