I really enjoyed my time in Boston and my stay in this apartment. The property owner Leonard was very professional and very accommodating. The apartment is very close to the orange line and you're just a short distance from shops and restaurants. The Boston Garden or TD center is literally two stops away. Great place to stay.

Great stay

The property owner was professional and attentive to our requests. E.g. we were allowed to stay a few days extra since noone was moving in the coming few days. The apartment and furnishing is in a good shape, and it had what we needed. Overall great experience in a nice apartment, and in a good location close to the orange line.

Perfect Stay for Work at Spaulding Rehab Hospital

Property owner was very attentive to messages and communication about housing. Perfect location to Sullivan Square where a short bus ride could be taken down to Spaulding Rehab Hospital in Charlestown. One parking space reserved at the house was a huge benefit. L was great about putting in window AC units as soon as it began to get hot for the summer months. Would highly recommend this apartment for convenience to local hospitals/the T and overall comfort of the apartment.

Great Apartment with Easy Access to Assembly Row and the City

This is a great apartment in a great location! It is just a stone's throw from Assembly Row, the City and plenty of local restaurants. The Sullivan Square T station (orange line) is a short 5-minute walk. The two bedrooms are outfitted with exceptionally comfortable beds (3 in total). The included parking spot was a huge benefit. The kitchen had full amenities, the bathroom was spacious with great storage, and the in-complex washer/dryer (coin operated) was convenient. The owner was very responsive to questions and requests.
