Minutes drive to Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, and large store shopping (e.g. Walmart, Lowes). Pool/BBQs/shuffle board on site. All utilities included.

My husband and I stayed in this condo during the winter months and loved it. The condo was equipped with a lot of supplies, (full kitchen set up, cleaning, batteries, flashlights, extra sheets, pillows, and bedspreads, and beach chairs and towels). The couch folds out to a double bed for guests. The condo was clean and freshly painted. The owner, C, was available via text or phone all the time. Very easy to work with and gave great suggestions on places to visit. The condo is across the street from Satellite beach where surfers visited daily. Another thing about this condo is you can watch the rockets lift off from Cape Canaveral and the seashells for crafters were beautiful. We enjoyed our visit and would rent from C again. Don't miss out on a good condo at an affordable price!
