Overall, I liked the property and enjoyed my stay. Pros: good amount of space, nice appliances, great for laundry, quiet, and walks in the local neighborhood were my favorite. Cons: not always a spot on the street to park, hot water lasted a max of 5 minutes, and the back yard is rough. Communication with the tenants is okay, could've been better.
