Excellent!
I had such a great experience staying in Jasons suite! Tons of natural light & a large living space, and its located in a super safe area. Jason was wonderful, and addressed any issues I had quickly and efficiently! I would absolutely stay here again!

Charming Astoria hilltop home
I stayed in the downstairs unit for 2 months with my 2 small dogs. Jason is the perfect host, he is very responsive and will occasionally check-in via text to verify everything is going well. The unit downstairs is spacious and does not feel like a studio, and I had everything I needed in the kitchen area. The neighborhood is very safe, and you get visits from deer. There is also a huge park two blocks down and it is right by the bay. I would stay here again!

Awesome stay and great landlord
My roommate and I stayed in the upstairs unit and couldnt have better things to say. We had everything we needed upon arrival and for our whole stay. The house is extremely spacious and well kept. Jason was an amazing landlord. He is extremely responsive and took care of anything we needed very quickly. We didnt have any issues with this home at all. Its a great location if you work in Seaside since its very close to the bridge. Great views from the living room! Couldnt recommend staying here enough!

Perfect Stay
I absolutely loved my stay here! Exactly what I needed and more. Owners are very kind and respectful of privacy, and are quick to respond or help out. 5 mins from the hospital. Easily doesnt feel like a basement, it's downright beautiful and airy. Has separate entrance with a spacious side yard backed by the trees (exactly where the deer emerge from the woods in the morning!). My days off I was perfectly happy just sitting outside in my private little oasis. The day to leave came too soon!
