Th house is located in a gated community and really quiet. Everyone in the house are professionals and respectful so we expect the same from you. The room is furnished with a full-size bed and a nightstand. Bathroom and Bedroom are private. No pets. I am a travel nurse and wont be there as much.

You will have a private bedroom which has a full bed, a night stand, a desk and a chair and a private bathroom. Living room and kitchen are shared. Kitchen is fully stock with all cooking equipment so you do not have to worry about anything. Fast wifi. Utilities included.

Quiet stay
I stayed here for my six month contract and it was great! The house had everything I needed and more. It was clean and the landlord was very responsive with any of my needs. I really do recommend this place.

Great place to stay
The owner of the home is awesome to work with! Any issues I had she took care of it very fast( and there were not many issues at all). As a single female traveling, I felt very safe! The gated community is very pretty and a good place to walk if it's not 1000 degrees out! I would stay there again. Close to hiking and grocery options
