Misrepresentation of Lease

My initial impression of the property was not favorable - upon moving out, I left the unit in a cleaner condition than when I arrived. During my tenancy, I contacted the owner and property manager three separate times regarding cockroach issues that unfortunately were never resolved. Additionally, I promptly informed the owner of my decision to leave my current travel contract and discussed multiple options with them by phone regarding next steps to recover my deposit. I was informed that I would receive a prorated deposit only if another tenant moved in during July, which I understood, given that I initiated the early termination of the contract. Thankfully, a tenant did move in during mid-July. However, I subsequently received a message indicating that I would not receive my deposit back until I posted a "positive" review, as this act is prohibited under the reviews policy on furnished finder, and despite the issues I experienced during my stay and the assistance I provided.

Amazing Stay

I stayed here for about 8 months, and wow was it an incredible stay. Mrs. Debbie and Mrs. Toni were the most accommodating hosts I could ask for. Any request or questions were answered in a timely manner and the place itself was beautiful and just what I needed. Neighbors are all friendly, the place is quiet, and in the perfect location.

Relaxing

Toni, was very responsive with the 2 minor issues I had . Property is extremely quiet and safe. I hope to return for a longer stay next time.

Host was very accommodating and patient. Unit was very clean and comfortable, host was very communicative. 5 stars.

A coffee a Day

Amazing, friendly host. Real nice neighbors, steps away from the pool and parking. Minutes from Highway, Naval station, shopping and food. I have been traveling for work for 20yrs, this ranks in my top 3 locations to stay. Also minutes for Padre island. You cannot go wrong staying here.

cozy Quiet Condo

Best place to stay in Corpus hands down. Centrally located, near all of the hospitals, and a very safe neighborhood. Quiet neighbors. Perfect for night shift nurses. Landlord goes above and beyond for her tenants. Truly enjoyed staying here. It felt like home.
