Nice stay
We stayed at Pepis apartment for three months and had a wonderful time. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Pepi was always very kind and helpful, and she was always available in case we had any questions or issues. Communication with her was easy and pleasant. The neighborhood is beautiful, and we really enjoyed spending summer evenings in the small garden. We would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again if we return to Chicago.
Lovely apartment in great neighborhood
This is a fantastic garden unit in the Rogers Park neighborhood, close to everything - train/bus, grocery stores, coffee shops, and best of all, just a few minutes walk from the lake. Nice kitchen with all you need for cooking, big TV and great sofa for relaxing, roomy shower with great water pressure, and the comfiest bed I've ever slept in! The landlady is proactive and accommodating, and was always available for questions and special requests. This neighborhood is well-connected and walkable, and while we didn't have a car, we have lived near here before so know that parking is rarely an issue. A great stay all around.
Honesty review
I am a traveling Histotechnologist currently working at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. This is my first time as a traveler, and I was honestly wondering what kind of neighborhood and apt. I was going to find. Fortunately I found this place and made me fall in love with Chicago. Here are a few of the main reasons I love this house: - remarkably friendly and walkable neighborhood. - a block away from CTA red line and express bus to NMH. - very clean house and amazing land lord that promptly answers my questions - all kind of grocery stores and divers restaurants in neighborhood, - never had a problem finding parking in close proximity. - I wish I have any negative thing to say, but dont have one.
