Lovely Property and Exceptional Hosts

I was fortunate enough to stay in this lovely property while transitioning from VA to SC. Summers Corner is a beautiful community and this is truly a hidden gem. It was very quiet and everyone in the neighborhood was very friendly. Gil and Noam were the best hosts and made sure they were available if I needed anything. If you need temporary housing, this should be #1 on your list.

My partner and I stayed here for 3 months to get settled after a work relocation - Gils home was clean, cozy, and quiet! He is so accommodating & friendly, and his dog is the cutest! The neighborhood is surprisingly walkable - theres at least 2 miles of large sidewalks without having to cross any busy streets. Theres a good restaurant within a walking distance, too! Would recommend Gils place to anyone :)

I stayed here for 3 months while working a contract at MUSC and I throughly enjoyed my time here. Gil made me feel right at home and provided everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The neighborhood is very nice and friendly. My dogs enjoyed their daily walks and the local dog park. I would definitely stay again when in the area.

My wife and I moved into this unit from Ohio. We were here for about 5 months. They were super accommodating and very helpful with anything that we ever needed. Super awesome people and a great place to stay!

Definitely a hidden gem!

This place is super clean, the space is a great size for being a studio: big bathroom, huge walk in closet, and decent living area for 1 person or a couple. The landlords are super chill, helpful, and friendly-all without ever being overt, genuinely like neighbors instead of landlords. The neighborhood is also so safe and inviting. I was so grateful to have found this place while I was transitioning to SC!!

Great Place to Stay!!

New construction! Whole neighborhood quiet and clean. Sidewalks everywhere, walked my puppy every day. Quite comfortable rental. Everything ya need in a really manageable space. My dog was really happy here. Didn't want to leave!! If needed, owner is easily reached for any problems. I didn't have any in the six months I was there. They are so nice, and accommodating. If I'm ever working in Summerville in the future, I'll be hoping this place is available!!
