Brand New Studio 5 Mins to Downtown and Dallas Hospitals

Cozy and just what I needed!

Alex is such an incredible host! I love everything she did transforming this apartment space. As soon as I walked in, it was very easy to get comfortable. The decor is very relaxing, the bed super comfy and the bathroom and closet space were great. The unit is really the perfect size. Alex even provided coffee pods to get my stay started off right! And was a great communicator if there was anything else I needed help with. And the other special gem I have to mention is the prayer garden right across the street. Really helped to make my stay even more pleasant.

Downtown Dallas Tropical-Themed Studio

This studio is ideal and plenty big enough for a single lodger and would be cozy even for close couple to live in. The color scheme is bright and happy and the appointments are generous and more than adequate even for an extended stay of three months or more. Its important to have everything close to hand, including a washing machine a dryer, and this studio location boasts a full roster of conveniences. The host, A, is attentive to her guests needs and was prompt to respond to every text I sent her. The location of this efficiency apartment/studio is perfect for a person who wishes to be close to the downtown core and all of its many services and establishments. Thank you, A, for a lovely stay and I sure hope your place is available for my next contract in Dallas. Five stars!
