Entire House - Walking distance to BSW Hospital - Quiet Neighborhood

Perfect for travelers!

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for several months while on assignment and it's was perfect for us! We were very comfortable and the landlords were so kind and thoughtful, when we had an issue with the AC they made sure it was taken care the next day. The house is nicely decorated and has everything you could need, we really enjoyed the backyard and patio! If you are working at Scott and white you could easily walk/bike ! 5 stars!

I had the pleasure of staying here in May 2023 and felt right at home! The home was extremely clean, perfectly comfortable, and so close to everything including great restaurants, fun shopping and scenic lakes. Highly recommend!

Welcome to Texas

An excellent start after a 1700 mile trip from NJ. The Property is nicely appointed. Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher all available and good working order. Included is Central Air and Heatl. Tastefully decorated and located on a quiet street. The neighbors are friendly but not nosey. One car garage and large fenced in yard with firepit included to enjoy. Location is excellent for conveniences. Food, Fuel, Hospital and Highways all less than 5 minutes away. Pay only one bill all utilities including WiFi is calculated into monthly rent. This furnished home is a nice stop for a small family or single traveler looking for convenience. The Landlord is wonderful. I found him to be pleasant, good listener and easy to speak with. Your comfort will not be taken lightly should you find yourself in need of a repair. I find this the most important aspect of renting. An uncaring Landlord is easy to find. That will not happen should you choose to rent this property. Sincerly written. RS.
