Best rental ive stayed in while traveling

Amazing property! Adam and Nicola are great and very responsive. The property has EVERYTHING you need. I overpacked since I'm used to there not being much and having to buy simple things. I cannot say enough good things about the unit itself. Neighborhood is pretty safe, I use the citizen app for safety and the unit was far from most crime. I also was given access to the security system which gave me peace of mind. Kids play outside, lots of families, and LOTS of soccer at the park. Large park at the end of street, with soccer and baseball fields. Good for dogs. There's is also a walking path that totals 1mile if you walk the inner circle twice. The place is only 15mins from Hopkins main campus which was nice. The unit has street parking, and the only time I ever had issues finding parking was during the day on Sundays- as lots of outsiders come to the neighborhood for all the soccer games at the park on Sunday. Only con is noise from basement unit & vise versa, if you care about that

Perfect place

The unit was immaculate and very well maintained. Beds and couch were extremely comfortable. Electric fireplace in living room is a great touch and added to the ambience and coziness of the unit. Walking distance to John Hopkins Bayview. Directly across from a neighborhood park which was great for daily walks. Several grocery stores and restaurants within 5-10 minutes of the unit. Very close to the interstate which made commutes easier. Adam was a great landlord/host. He was prompt and responsive when addressing any issues (which very basically non-existent). My wife and I had tried to set up a projector in the main bedroom but were unable to and Adam sent a contractor out the same day to mount a TV in the bedroom. Access to ring doorbell/security camera, security system, and Google thermostat only added a safety and convenience factor. He was expedient and attentive to our needs throughout our stay. You could tell he truly cared about ensuring his guests comfort. Highly recommend!
