A Downtown Gem

Where to begin! The house itself is beautiful, spacious, and an amazing view from the balcony. It's perfectly furnished to what you need and decorated with a modern/contemporary style. The house is located in a perfect location. It's close to everything with the alamodome being the closest (only an 8 minute walk), where we caught a couple football games there including the Alamo Bowl. There are three restaurants within walking distance that I would frequent often: Marks Outing, Cherrity Bar, and Chicken n Wafflez. They're a burger joint, Asian fusion, and chicken place, respectively. The Riverwalk / St Paul's Square is only a ~$7 Uber or ~$5 Byrd which of course is filled with all the restaurants, bars, and entertainment you need! The Landlord was very helpful with all my questions when I was settling in. She also has professional staff to take care of the housekeeping and landscaping every 2-3 weeks which was nice. I highly recommend this house for the best SA experience.
