Great location, nicely renovated, and responsive hosts!

Great renovated property in an older condo neighborhood. Lots of great food nearby and close to downtown and highway system for easy transportation throughout the city. Megan and James were so responsive and quick when we had things come up at as well as just checking in on us throughout our stay. Great choice for a longer stay!

I stayed at Megan's home this past summer and had an incredible experience. The place itself is decorated well and has all the furnishings necessary for a clean, comfortable stay. Megan is extremely thoughtful and responsive, I highly recommend.

Beautiful house, great location. Had everything you needed, host went above and beyond making sure everything was ready and taken care of. Would absolutely go back and would highly recommend to anyone else looking to stay in KC. Amazing place, gorgeous house and fantastic hosts.

Cute home in central location!

My husband and I moved into this home when I was 3 months pregnant with our son, and we lived here until he was a year old! We loved the easy access to EVERYTHING. Less than 5 min drive to KU Med where we had all of our appts and where our baby was born. This house was the perfect place to bring baby home. M & J were amazingly attentive the whole time which gave us peace of mind and a huge reason why we stayed at the property for so long. The only reason we left was due to a cross country move! An added bonus is the sweetest woman who lives next door who always asked how we were and was always quiet/polite. We always felt safe in this neighborhood. While the street itself isnt exactly walkable, the Volker neighborhood is a few blocks up, has free parking, and is an easy walk to 39th St.

Home sweet home!

Love this apartment! First of all, the hosts are amazing and super responsive. If you have any questions or maintenance they will get to it right away. No need to bring anything except your clothes as they have everything else you can think of provided for you. Well decorated, comfortable beds, spacious living room/kitchen, and really quiet. Blackout curtains help make the main bedroom very dark for night shift. Cute backyard with fire pit and grass. Neighborhood is so-so, I felt safe but the yards across the street are a bit of a mess and you sometimes have cigarette smoke in the garage coming from the neighbors. The hosts have done all they can to offset these issues. Location is great though, down the street from KU med and 8 min commute for me to Children's mercy. No more than 10 min to downtown or plaza. A couple nice parks about 1 mile away. Would definitely stay here again.
