I strongly advise prospective tenants to avoid renting from this landlord. I was required to terminate my lease earlybefore completing my first monthafter city inspectors deemed the property uninhabitable. Despite these circumstances, the landlord has refused to return the remaining portion of my prepaid rent as well as my full security deposit.
