Perfect Location!

I stayed for 3 months on a contract with UF Shands. It was a short commute, I didn't even have a car abd rude sgare services were plenty. The apartment was very spacious with every essential for living. Niki the host, was very responsive, proactive, and positive throughout the stay. Neighborhood is quiet with use of gym and inviting pool area. Thanks for the nice accommodations!

A Perfect Gainesville GEM

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in Gainesville, and it surpassed all of my expectations! This property proved to be the ideal location for anyone needing proximity to the medical center. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt extremely safe. Each bedroom was spacious with comfortable beds and ample storage space, making it ideal for both short and longer stays. The bathrooms were spotlessly clean, well-lit, and equipped with modern fixtures. The kitchen and living areas were designed for both functionality and relaxation. I was able to cook meals effortlessly and then unwind in the cozy living room area. What truly stood out, however, was the attention to detail. The hosts ensured the apartment was stocked with all the essentials and a few thoughtful extras that truly made the experience memorable. For anyone considering a stay in Gainesville, I cannot recommend this apartment enough, even if its only for a short while!!
