Amazing stay!

I had an absolutely lovely time staying here! My partner and I sold our house to move to NC, but I needed to stay a bit longer to finish up a few things and this was perfect! I worked at Vanderbilt and it was SO CLOSE! The neighborhood is gorgeous and the perfect location for walks! I felt very safe walking around and staying there in general, especially as a single female! Haley is so friendly and kind and was an incredible host checking in to make sure everything was good!

Cutest Home Away from Home!

I stayed at the Carriage House during a clinical rotation in Nashville, and it was nothing short of wonderful! Its located in a safe, friendly neighborhood, where I loved going on evening runs and looking at all the beautiful homes. My commute to St. Thomas Midtown took about 5 to 10 minutes max and was always a pleasant one. The cottage itself is perfectly furnished and has a warmth that made it feel like a second home. Every detail was clearly planned with care, from the comfy bedding to the well-equipped kitchen, which made my stay very comfortable and convenient. The hospitality was truly beyond compare the host went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed, felt safe, and was as comfortable as can be. I miss this charming cottage all the time, and I cant recommend the Carriage House enough!

Darling, safe, and cozy!

I had a good fortune of finding Haleys rental this fall and stayed there from October until December. Her cottage is incredibly comfortable and well appointed with a selection of quality kitchen appliances (she will provide you an inventory), and extra linens and blankets. Haley was so hospitable, checking in to make sure all was running smoothly in the cottage. The neighborhood itself is a true gem, super safe and lovely to walk around. It is also close to essentials shopping. I am looking forward to my next stay!

Delightful Gem

Perfect location to Vanderbilt hospital. Sweet and nicely decorated cozy carriage house. Nice parking right by the property. Very safe and secure. Delightful host! H is classy and concerned with your wellbeing and makes sure you have everything you need to make your stay perfect. Not overbearing, text occasionally to make sure you are comfortable. If I'm ever in Nashville to work again, this will be my place to stay over and over. Don't miss out on the GEM

Absolutely LOVED staying at this cottage. I stayed here for two months and I am already wishing I could go back. The homeowner was super attentive and welcoming. She was so sweet and made sure I (solo female) felt safe with security cameras, etc. the cottage is in the cutest neighborhood that was super safe and was perfect for my daily walks. The decor is even cuter in person and the bed was amazing! I was worried about not having a full kitchen but I was able to make all my usual meals with the air fryer! The location is perfect - close to all the fun Nashville neighborhoods while also being tucked away in a quiet area. I loved walking around the neighborhood and seeing all the fun Halloween decorations (I was there during fall) and beautiful homes. This place was the perfect place to call home during my time in Nashville and I highly recommend staying there. The decor is beautiful and was such a nice place to come home to each day!! So happy I was able to find this place and miss it!

Love this place!!! Definitely recommend!

I was in need of housing for a few months and this place was perfect for me! The owner is very sweet and she was available at all times to meet my needs. She made sure that my stay was as comfortable as it could be! It is in a very safe neighborhood and even has its own private entry with security cameras to make you feel even safer. I will definitely stay again if I am ever in need of housing in the Nashville area and highly recommend this cute little cottage!!
