Private Entrance - Lower Level Apartment

HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Stayed here for 13 months while I was completing my residency around Atlanta. They keep the house very safe. I was able to have access to the Ring camera facing my entrance. Landlord was very respectable of my space. They have everything you need to have a comfortable stay. If I had a maintenance issue, they got it fixed right away. The neighborhood can get a little loud or feel unsafe but this home is very safe. The wifi might glitch out few times but was easily fixed.

Excellent Location & Hosts

Excellent living space with all amenities and close to downtown, Stone Mountain Park, groceries, etc. Very communicative hosts who helped with everything I needed throughout my stay. Would recommend to anyone

Modern Apt

I stayed at this lovely home, where you have everything you need. Quiet neighborhood and I felt safe. It's very spacious and huge for a basement. The owner was very responsive and would quickly fix any problem that arises. My only issue is, not having access to the AC, which is not located in the basement. Of course any temp adjustment will have to be done by the owner. Also, I can easily hear talking and footsteps upstairs depending on where you are in the basement. Overall, 4/5.
