A great stay!

I had an amazing stay at this property. The bedroom, bathroom, and closet space were all spacious and well-kept, especially for such a great price. The location is a huge plus—close to downtown and the medical center, so you’re never far from entertainment, restaurants, or work. The property owners were incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful, which made the experience even better. The home is also well-stocked with almost everything you might need, making it feel truly comfortable and convenient. Overall, this is the perfect place if you’re looking for a home away from home in Dallas. I would definitely recommend it to anyone needing a short- or long-term stay.

Great Place!

The house was clean and well organized, and it had everything I needed. The kitchen had plenty of storage space, which was very convenient. The room was spacious, and I really appreciated having my own private bathroom. The hosts were very kind and always quick to help whenever I needed something. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great Place & Host

The house is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood . All the appliances were modern and my roommates were friendly and clean . The house was also very secure and tech savvy, they supplied me with a custom code that applied to the front door, my bedroom and the shared laundry . They set up they kitchen to where all rooms had their own cabinet and fridge space. Most places downtown were no more than 15 minutes away which was great . The hosts are very responsive and accommodating. Only draw backs was the wifi was spotty sometimes, which the host did reset but it would still buffer and lag . Also, the way the shower is positioned /built water would often get on the floor and while showering (its a stand up shower) water would build up at the bottom. Still a great stay !

Home away from home

I am a traveling therapist who came to Dallas for a 13 week contract . I was very pleased with my stay here . It was very clean and quiet and the hosts went above and beyond during my stay . There were always available for me and made my stay here perfect ! I loved my welcome basket . The location is close to the state fair and highways if needed . If I ever come back out where I would stay again ! Best landlords Ive ever had . I would recommend this to all. Thanks for everything during my stay !

Stayed in a room for three months. Quiet, clean, and comfortable. I was working at UT Southwestern and it took me about 20 minutes to get there in the morning.

Amazing House

This house was great!! The owners are very kind and accommodating. The house feels super safe and secure inside and out. It was always kept very clean and organized and has a lot of very modern features throughout the home. Its very close to downtown and all the major roads which was very useful. Will definitely recommend them!!!

Best place I've stayed as a Travel RN

I stayed at 3 different places during my year in Dallas for work. This was the 4th place I stayed and the best so far. It's run like a business so you have your full privacy in your room. Really appreciated the welcome gift basket, vacuum, and all the other small details such as the welcome binder and security door locks both outside the home and in my private room also. I definitely will recommend to others and will reach out in the future if I'm in town.

Great house

The house is great! The landlords were very kind, responsive, and accommodating. They took extra measures to make sure you felt safe and comfortable. The neighbors are friendly as well. The street is very quiet. Close to downtown, the fairgrounds, the Cotton Bowl, and some of the major hospitals. Definitely would stay here again if I ever do another travel assignment in Dallas.

bang for buck

I wish it was closer to my job in Allen, otherwise I would have stayed longer. Ya cant beat the price. The neighborhood is a quiet one. I like the technology that was incorporated. Its nearby downtown Dallas and its right by where the fair is held. The renters are kind and thoughtful people as well. I enjoyed my stay
