Perfect Rental

We stayed in this beautiful furnished rental in Highlands Ranch for 60 days and couldnt have asked for a better experience. The home was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully updated, with everything we needed for a comfortable extended stay. The location was idealclose to shops, trails, and all the local conveniences. Diane was responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Truly an A+ experiencehighly recommend!

Awesome place

Diane's place is such a wonderful place to hangout for a while. She was a life-saver for a family of three that moved across country to reestablish our Colorado roots. House is well appointed, clean and has access to just about anything you want in the area. We stayed the month of July 2025 and couldn't have been happier. Yes the landlord stays on property, but no issues at all and you shouldn't be concerned. Diane is great to work with, very communicative and extremely hospitable. I can't say enough good thing about her or her home. Highly recommend.

Amazing Host and House

Diane's house was perfect for a group of 5 staying there during the summer months. The house is located in a quiet community with several dining/grocery options near by. There is a wonderful park across the street as well as numerous walking trails throughout the neighborhoods. The host does stay on the property in an apartment below the main house, but this was never an issue. It was actually a plus having Diane around as she is very friendly and was able to answer any of our questions. Diane also made sure we had everything we needed over the 4 months to ensure we had a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend renting her house!
