Exclusive Private Guest Suite with Separate Entry & Private Patio in a Quiet Area

Great place!

I had the pleasure of living in this apartment for several months in 2026. The amount of detail and quality that the owners put into this apartment is amazing. The kitchen is every bit as good as it looks and includes everything for cooking. And a quality gas range, refrigerator, and dishwasher. A great bathroom, a very comfortable bed, all in a very quiet location. A personal parking spot in the driveway and a private patio. Good neighborhood with shopping and restaurants very close by. If you're looking to rent, you won't do better than this.

Home sweet home

I stayed at this beautiful property for a little over 5 months. This apartment truly felt like home to me and I am so sad to have to leave it due to a job change. You truly have everything you would need for a very comfortable stay. The Gourmet Kitchen is such a treat to cook in and entertain friends. You truly have everything from large platters and plenty of high quality pots and pans. It was very quiet and private. The private patio was perfect for meals on summer nights. All the finishes are really high-end. The bathroom is also beautiful with a lot of storage. There's a lot of storage all throughout the unit. Having a washer and dryer and a dishwasher was pure luxury. The host could not have been more responsive, and often left me fresh picked oranges from their tree on my step. Staying here was truly a highlight of my time here in San Jose and I will miss it very much.

Great place.. Would live here

I ahve stayed here for the past two months and have nothign but great things to say, couple great resturnats near by (giorgios italian/Jack holders). Also the plavce is fully stcoked with everythign you need for cooking, laundry etc. If I come back to San Jose I would stay here again

Home Sweet Home: Everything We Needed!

Our 9 month stay in this home was a 10/10 experience! We feel so lucky to have found this location while on a travel assignment for work. Everything we needed was provided in the home, with modern appliances and a very clean interior. We were very impressed by the FULL size kitchen and in unit washer/dryer. This was so helpful and convenient. The home provides your own parking space and private backyard. The owners have well placed details to provide guests with a seamless stay! We really enjoyed being walking distance to the grocery store, gym, multiple parks, Starbucks, and restaurants. We loved the very safe neighborhood and fun things to do in the surrounding area as well. M and A were absolutely amazing hosts who really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had a great stay. We recommend this location to all travelers and would definitely stay here again!
