Best stay, EVER!
We rented here from from March 2024-September 2024. They were the ABSOLUTE best hosts/landlords that we could've asked for. They provided a beautiful condo near all that downtown Memphis can offer. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. Parking was easy, secure and we didn't have any problems. If anything was needed, they were prompt, accessible and always extremely friendly during our interactions. We had the AC go out during our stay and they even offered to place us in a hotel as it was mid summer and HOT. They had it fixed very quickly and made things work faster for us than the original estimate that was provided and made sure that we were okay during that event. That being said- the new unit KICKS out cold air/ is brand new. I HIGHLY recommend staying here. If we ever go back to Memphis- they will be our first call. Thank you Joycelin and Casell for sharing your slice of heaven with us and for being so wonderful to us during our stay. Y'all are the best!
