Comfy Studio
My pup and I enjoyed staying in this unit for 3 months. It is a well -organized studio in a safe neighborhood. The community has walking trails, a gym, and swimming pools. It was a nice stay and Garen was very responsive and accessible .

Great stay
Owner was always super responsive when I had questions. Apartment is really cute and has everything you need. The neighborhood is great and has tons of amenities. I used the pool and gym regularly. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in San Diego

Beautiful spot!
This place is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Full sized washer/dryer with lots of storage available and a great park in the community as well as access to amazing gym and pool. Karen is very quick to respond and address any questions. I would've stayed longer if I could have!

Amazing long term stay!
My partner and I were in a pinch and needed a furnished place that was essentially move in ready. When I reached out to the owner, he was responsive, kind, and accommodating. When we arrived the house was extremely clean and nice. Whenever we had an issue Karen was extremely fast to respond and would fix whatever was going on ASAP. I also really loved the 3Roots community. It was very safe and family friendly- we wouldve stayed longer if we could have!

Great Stay!
This was such a perfect place! Everything was fantastic and it was perfect for just me. Unit is less than a year old and the property development is huge. There are 2 pools and a few more in the making. Gym is great, there are trails on site too. The unit itself is well equipped with the washer/dryer. I did wish it had a stove but there is a hot plate for your use! Parking is usually available right around the corner, never too far. Easy access to the 805, very safe. You won't regret staying here.

Clean, Comfortable, Perfect
Property is furnished with all new fixtures and amenities. Unit includes private bathroom, washer and dryer, A/C, fast internet, TV, full sized fridge, walk-in closet, microwave, induction stove top, and desk. The owner is reliable, responsive, and good to work with. The area is safe with a park and gym near by. No problem with finding on street parking close to unit. I highly recommend staying here!
