Private 1BR Apt Close to Hospitals - Perfect For Healthcare Workers

I stayed in this apartment for 3 months as a digital nomad and had a fantastic experience. The duplex was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with many thoughtful touches and amenities like plentiful storage and an in-unit washer/dryer. Its in a safe, quiet neighborhood with easy access to major highways, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants in a cool riverfront downtown area as well as a very short drive (10 mins) to walking trails. Farther abroad (~1 hour) and still easy access are Boston to the south for big city life and the White Mountains to the north for beautiful nature. Less than 10 mins away is the convenience of a really nice airport (MHT). A & D were kind, professional, communicative, and respectful neighbors. The only minor issue was occasional internet slowdowns during peak times, but it rarely interfered with video calls so it wasn't a big problem. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable, convenient place to stay that feels like home!

This home has a convenient and simple layout, and is in great condition with all appliances working appropriately. The house was very clean on arrival. When it snowed the pathways were cleared immediately and as snow accumulated it was continuously cleared. Any maintenance requests were immediately addressed. The owners were genuinely kind to work with and very helpful for local guidance. Ive lived at many apartments due to my work, and these folks are certainly top tier. Would recommend.
