Green Roof sits on a large lot with creative outbuildings and plenty of parking space. We are walking distance from downtown and the main library and a small park are two blocks away.
This is a large room on the second floor at the front of the house. There is a tv, desk, large closet, storage space. It has its own bathroom. We are on a very busy street which can be noisy, especially during the day. The bed is a queen size Serta, very comfortable. The laundry room is next to the bedroom, so very easy to access. Guests have a living room downstairs and a dining room with toaster, toaster oven and microwave...
We are half a block from City Hall, the main Post Office and other official buildings and walking distance to downtown. Although we are a small city, we have wonderful restaurants, entertainment, galleries, shops and a walkway along the Ohio River, all just a few blocks away!

This property is fantastic for cost, location, and just about everything you can think of. The landlord is the kindest soul and will ensure you are taken care of to the fullest. The rooms, bathrooms, etc are all very nice and clean. She provides TV/Cable as well as internet. I would live here indefinitely if I could

I grew up in Brazil as a missionary kid with the Lutheran Church (1962-1980). It was an amazing childhood that shaped my path.
